We’re committed to delivering your favorite products quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and to select international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us at care@moontide.store.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.


3. Shipping Time & Charges

Domestic (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — ₹49 (Free for orders above ₹999)

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days — ₹149

International

  • Standard International: 7–15 business days
    (Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or local conditions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our website:

5. Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, MoonTide is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your package seems lost, contact us at care@moontide.store and we’ll help you resolve it.


6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.


7. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll do our best to send a replacement or offer a suitable solution.
